Sky Ridge's Dr. Choi Trains a Spine Surgeon from South Korea on the Stryker Spinal Navigation System
Dr. Parkchan Wan, a spine surgeon from Nanoori Spine & Total Joint Hospital in Inchon, South Korea flew more than 6,000 miles to Sky Ridge to observe firsthand the spine navigation system we implemented as part of our Spine & Total Joint program. Dr. Wan had learned that our very own Dr. Will Choi, neurosurgeon, is an international leader in the use of the Stryker spine navigation system. Sang Yun, RN, a member of our OR team served as the translator during Dr. Wan’s visit. She grew up in South Korea and was thrilled to meet Dr. Wan.
