Fast Track Childbirth Preparation: Weekend Class

Fast Track offers all the information of Prepared Childbirth in one, convenient weekend session. Due to the condensed nature of the class, we ask that parents bring a lunch to eat during class on Saturday.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring two pillows and a small blanket.

Childbirth Express: One-Class Session

This is a one-time, Prepared Childbirth class intended for those who want just the basics, who are unable to attend the longer series or when one partner has not had a baby. The content is condensed, Cesarean birth is only covered briefly and relaxation/breathing techniques are explained, but there is limited time to practice.
