Childbirth Preparation - Online
For parents who are unable to attend an in-person class, we offer an Online Parent Education Class. It features videos, animation, quizzes and quality, evidence-based material that will help prepare you for your delivery and beyond. Topics covered include pregnancy, labor, comfort techniques, medical procedures, C-section and postpartum care for mom and baby.
